The flowers should be pretty, the cake should be 5-tiered, the gown must be designed by a certain designer, and guests should be important people. And then there are also people that believe that they shouldn’t fuss on spending an unbelievable amount of money and time on a wedding. They like being practical and consider their actual budget. But they do have visions of white dresses, cakes and all their friends present. So they opt to go with a civil ceremony. WHAT IS A CIVIL CEREMONY ANYWAY? A civil ceremony is simply one where the marriage ceremony has a government or civil official performing the ceremony. It takes place without any religious affiliation and meets the legal requirements of the state or location of the wedding.
